They sent me reminder emails before charging my card, so there were no surprises, and my domain stayed active without me having to do anything. I also had to update my card at one point, and that was simple too. Nothing fancy, but it was "reliable," which is really all I needed.

I don’t have anything too complicated to say, but overall it just gives me a reliable impression. The reputation seems good from what I’ve seen, and that matters to me because I usually feel better going with something that other people already seem to trust. It doesn’t feel sketchy or uncertain, which is basically what I’m looking for. So yeah, so far it seems dependable to me...

I had to cancel one of my services with Network Solutions and I was expecting it to be kind of annoying. But like i said to my friend after, it was actually easy. The rep pulled up my account fast and walked me through what would happen next.
I got the confirmation email not long after, and there wasn’t any weird runaround or pushy stuff trying to make me stay. Like i said, way simpler than I expected, so I’m giving it 5 stars.

I was expecting the control panel to be a little confusing at first, just because these things usually have a bunch of menus and settings tucked away in random places, but this one was actually really simple to get around. I was able to find my domains quickly, and the settings were where I would naturally expect them to be, so I didn’t have to click around forever or look anything up. It just made managing everything feel a lot less stressful than I thought it would be.

It does what it’s supposed to do, so I’ll give it that. But the constant upsells get old really fast. Like, can I just use the thing I already paid for without being nudged every two seconds to upgrade or buy something extra? It’s not a dealbreaker because the product works, but it definitely makes the whole experience more annoying than it needs to be.

I did get my refund in the end, so that was good haha. It just took a bit longer than I expected, and support was kind of slow to respond.

Network Solutions has been fine for what I need, and I do like having everything managed in one place. That said, the pricing feels a little high compared to other providers I looked at, especially when you start comparing renewals and add-ons. It’s not outrageously expensive, but I wouldn’t call it the best deal out there either. If convenience matters more to you than saving a few bucks, it’s okay, but there are definitely cheaper options.
